well, i guess it was a good thing... someone effed up a transformer thingy here and all the power got cut off in the town. literally the whole town shut down. it was awesome... so work was cancelled... which would have been cool cause i was feeling really inspired to sew... no power. means no sewing machine... ok... fine.. so read... and read and read. im reading The Giver by Lois Lowry. I just started it this morning and i am liking it so far. im almost halfway...
i just finished reading Choke by Chuck Palahniuk. now that was a messed up book...
anywho. so i got bored and wanted to go for a walk. i went to see if anything was open.. and nope. nada... so i then decided to walk along the river to the train tracks and then head home it was definately over an hour long walk. it was good stuff.. nice and brisk out.. i also snapped some pics of some fun stuff along the way... one day when its sunny out i will get more.. it snowed on us last night and we had a running snowball fight on our walk/run downtown.. it was super fun. i have never been excited for snow and im loving it right now.
ok onto the pictures.. and im off to knit..
POOPY, it once again is not letting me upload photos... i shall try again later.. sorry ya'll!

Chuck Palahniuk's books are always messed up. I want to read all of at least one book of his, I really do, but something always happens that makes me want to put it down. Last time, I tried to read Haunted but it took too long for him to get the real point of the book so I stopped reading it and started on something else.
The Giver, however, is quite an excellent book. Number the Stars made me want to cry/die/give up on life. One Lowry's later book, Gossamer, is alright. Doesn't reach the peak of the other ones, but good for children's imagination.
awesomeness :P
Last time I saw that bridge the whole place with covered in green green grass and spring flowers. Oh, no bear warning either!
About your pictures loading: I have major issues with my pics on blogger, but I've found that if I click on craftster's home page (don't check your posts) and then over to blogger's dashboard, that my pictures will load. If I don't visit craftster I get error messages. It doesn't work for any other site but craftster. Do not ask me why this works, but perhaps it will work for you also.
It looks mighty cold there. I guess I should join facebook one of these days. Hmmm...?
